Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: And the government shall be upon his shoulder:

And his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

If our greatest need had been information, God would have sent us an educator.

If your greatest need had been technology, God would have sent us a scientist.

If our greatest need had been money, God would have sent us an economist.

If our greatest need had been pleasure, God would have sent us an entertainer.

But our greatest need was forgiveness, so God sent us the Savior.                                                                               

God the Son Jesus Christ (The Word) that became flesh, He lived among humanity, and they beheld the glory of God, and if any would repent of the Adamic nature of sin and receive Him, God gave them the power to become children of God – B. Spada.  

 Father, you gave us your best, thank you.

What We See Is Temporary Thank You, Jesus

2 Cor 4:18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

We have a bright future in Jesus’ name; I will not dwell on things I can’t see; Paul reflects on God’s promises and the hope of the resurrection in Christ. The trials, afflictions, persecutions, my brothers and sisters, they are all temporary. Thank you, Jesus, for unveiling our eyes to the truth of the Word of God; we can see through the lies, the devil is the father of all lies, and he is the author of confusion. I'm grateful to be delivered from the power of sin thank you, Jesus, I'm born again. 

Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

“Whereas righteousness exalteth a nation, while sin is a reproach to any people. … And I do further recommend that on that occasion the whole people make confession of our national sins against His infinite goodness, and with one heart and one mind implore the divine guidance in the ways of national virtue and holiness.” Abraham Lincoln, 1865

From trials to triumph because of what Jesus did for us on the cross.

1 Pet 4:1-13 “Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation.”

Serving the Lord is the most significant experience we will ever have in this life. We can learn about the Lord and ourselves during troubled times.

Trials – teach us we are not all-powerful, and we need the omnipotent Lord. Paul tells in II Cor 12 when I'm weak then I'm strong.

Trials – teaches us sin brings pain, destruction, and deception. But Jesus came to save us from a life of selfishness to a life of selflessness.  

Trials – teaches us that evil exists and that we're in a spiritual war.

When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don't throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer. - Corrie Ten Boom.
